The return, withdrawal or reflection period regarding the product (s) received is 14 calendar days from receipt of the product.
In the event that the return of products is requested, it must be done in writing to the email info@darknesstech.eu. The return of products must be done in their original packaging.
The amount of the product will be returned to you as soon as possible by the means that will be provided in writing.
No refund will be made for personalized, perishable or custom-made products according to customer instructions.
