Our warranty covers labour costs and replacement parts except when the manufacturer specifies to the contrary. The warranty will be invalidated in the following circumstances:
- Impact damage and/or inappropriate transport.
- Inappropriate handling.
- Incorrect installation and/or errors in installation.
- Incorrect electricity supply.
- Handling other than by the Technical Services Department of the manufacturer or tampering with any seals.
- Damage due to natural phenomena or electricity supply.
In the case of defective product, the seller will as appropriate repair, replace, lower the price or terminate the contract. The seller will deal with non-compliance faults that become apparent within two years of delivery. Customer rights are set out in the product documentation. The time for fault repair and categorisation and whether the fault is covered by the warranty will be assessed by the manufacturer's Technical Serviced Department. All repairs must be approved by darknesstech.eu. Customers should send an email describing the problem with the product and requesting a repair number to email@example.com Once the repair number has been issued, the customer should package the products appropriately and send them to the address given in the email containing the repair number. The warranty covers the cost of transport in the first six months, after the sixth month the customer will bear the cost of transport. darknesstech.eu will have no obligation to compensate the user or any third party for the consequences of use of the product, whether in respect of direct or indirect harm or loss, personal injury, damage to goods other than the product, loss of profit or loss of revenue or harm or loss arising from degradation or loss of data.
